Call me Mara (Bitter), because the Almighty has made my life very bitter."”
Naomi lost her husband and both of her sons in a foreign land. She was so heartbroken she told people to call her "Bitter." But her daughter-in-law Ruth refused to leave her side. God gave Naomi a loyal friend to walk with through the darkest chapter of her life. When you are grieving, God often brings comfort through the people who simply stay with you.
